We photograph our products carefully, but images are representations. Colours vary according to your screen, its settings and the light in your room. A piece may look different in person from how it appears on your display.

Many of our products are made from natural materials — wood, stone, ceramic, rattan, jute, linen and glass. Variation in grain, tone, texture and finish between individual pieces is inherent to these materials. It is a characteristic of the material, not a fault, and is not grounds for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Handmade and hand-finished items carry small irregularities for the same reason.

3. Dimensions and Measurements

Dimensions, weights and capacities are given as a guide and are approximate. Small tolerances are normal in manufacturing.

If a piece must fit a specific space, measure carefully and allow a margin. We are happy to confirm any measurement before you order — email us and we will check.

4. Product Use and Safety

Our products are sold for ordinary domestic decorative use. Please use them as intended and follow any instructions or care guidance supplied.

• Candles and any item involving a flame must never be left unattended and must be kept away from anything flammable, from children and from pets.
• Wall-mounted items — mirrors, shelving, art, hooks — must be installed with fixings appropriate to your wall type and, where weight or size warrants it, by a competent person.
• Electrical items must be used in accordance with their instructions and connected only to a suitable supply.
• Items not specified as outdoor-rated are for indoor use only.
• Decorative items are not toys and should be kept away from small children unless specifically stated otherwise.

Amora Casa accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from improper installation, misuse, or use of a product for a purpose other than that for which it was supplied.
