When will my order arrive, and what does delivery cost?
Orders arrive in 4–12 business days — 1–2 days processing, then 3–10 days in transit. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, anywhere in the United States.
Where do I find my tracking link?
In the dispatch email we send when your order leaves us. Tracking becomes active 1–3 business days after dispatch, so no movement straight away is normal. You can also check our order tracking page.
What if a piece isn't right for the room?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Email us for a return authorisation first. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, you cover return postage on change-of-mind returns, and refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of arrival.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and its packaging. We replace or refund it, whichever you prefer, and cover all postage — you are never out of pocket for our mistake.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in USD, tax is calculated at checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
